Saif Ali Khan Stabbing Case: Mumbai Police Presents Strong Evidence Against Alleged Attacker, Opposes Bail Plea

A very shocking incident of stabbing happened with Saif Ali Khan, a few months back. The unfortunate event took place in the actor’s house itself while his kids and wife, actor Kareena Kapoor Khan were present too. Saif suffered some serious injuries but the doctors quickly addressed his wounds and made sure he recovered sooner. The Mumbai Police caught the alleged attacker in no time and he is reportedly a Bangaladeshi, living illegally in India. As per the latest updates, the alleged attacker has filed a bail plea in court which has been opposed by the Mumbai police. The investigating team has also submitted some solid proofs. The alleged attacker in the Saif Ali Khan stabbing case had filed a bail plea. However, the Mumbai Police has opposed it with some strong evidence. As per the PTI report, the Mumbai Police appeared before the court on April 4 and submitted some key evidence against the alleged attacker. This included the bits and pieces of the knife recovered from the crime scene matching with the weapon found with the alleged attacker. The proof was submitted in writing along with the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report, as per the news reports.

The Mumbai Police also argued that the alleged attacker who was living in India illegally could easily flee if he was granted bail. The Mumbai Police maintained that there was strong evidence to prove his involvement in the crime.

However, in his bail plea, the alleged attacker claimed that the charges against him were not true and that he had not committed any crime. He also claimed to have cooperated with the police during the investigation, after police had stated that he was non-cooperative.,
