And in recent updates, Saif Ali Khan has bought two commercial property units in Mumbai’s Andheri East, which cost him around Rs 30. 75 Crores as per the property registration documents. According to property registration papers obtained by Volney, a real estate advice firm, the two units measure 5,681 square feet and are located in the Kanakia Wallstreet building. They also come with six parking spaces. According to the paperwork, the office space was sold by Apiore Pharmaceutical, a pharmaceutical company based in the United States. Volney facilitated the transaction. The office space is in Andheri East, which has become a popular destination for corporations, creative agencies, and worldwide companies. Stamp duty of ₹1.84 crore was paid, along with registration cost of ₹60,000. The transaction was registered on November 18, 2025.
Elon Musk’s satellite internet firm, Starlink Satellite Communications Private Limited, recently rented a 1,294 sq ft office space in Mumbai’s Chandivali district for five years at a total rent of ₹2.33 crore. The commercial space was previously leased in the same building where Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, purchased three office spaces for ₹31 crore earlier this year via their company, HRX Digitech LLP.

Saif Ali Khan lives in a luxurious flat in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West neighbourhood. He has other homes in Mumbai, in addition to the ₹24 crore unit he purchased in the Satguru Sharan building about a decade ago. In April 2012, Saif Ali Khan paid ₹23.50 crore for his 6,500 sq ft residence from Satguru Builders, a real estate firm, according to property index-2 papers discovered by IndexTap.
