The attack on actor Saif Ali Khan has sent shockwaves to the entire country. It has raised major security and safety concerns. However, the actor is out of danger now and has been discharged. According to India Today’s sources, the actor plans to personally thank his help, Eliyamma Philip, for her bravery. Eliyamma, who intervened to protect Saif from the intruder, is not only a key witness in the ongoing investigation but also a true hero in the eyes of the actor and his wife, Kareena Kapoor.
Saif Ali Khan Wants To Thank House Help For Her Bravery
On January 16, Saif Ali Khan was attacked at his residence. The alleged attacker, an illegal Bangladeshi immigrant, was arrested and taken into police custody for five days. During questioning, the attacker claimed he stabbed Saif Ali Khan multiple times in self-defence while trying to escape the actor’s grip. The attacker reportedly did not recognise Saif Ali Khan as a famous actor. Police are investigating the incident further, including recreating the crime scene at Saif Ali Khan’s home and the nearby railway station.
Saif’s sister Saba Pataudi also praised house help for protecting her brother. Authorities are also investigating suspicious activity observed near Shah Rukh Khan’s residence. Additionally, Saif Ali Khan has faced a new challenge as historical properties linked to his family may be taken over by the government. A recent court decision in Madhya Pradesh lifted a previous order that protected these properties, which paved the way for government acquisition. The ruling was issued by Justice Vivek Agarwal, and in response, Bhopal Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh added that the action will be taken after the High Court’s decision.
