Bigg Boss 19 contestant Amaal Mallik has been making headlines even after exiting the house. From cutting ties with his family to claiming that Awez Darbar and Nagma Mirajkar won’t go against him as he pays them lakhs, have sparked major controversies against him. And now, he has claimed that the song ‘Bekhayali’ from Kabir Singh, composed by Sachet and Parampara, was actually his song and had been copied. Read to know more about what he said here.
What Amaal Mallik Said
During an interview, Amaal Mallik claimed that Sachet and Parampara took references from his old songs, which included Bekhayali. These claims didn’t go well with the composers, who slammed him with proof. Sharing a 7-minute clip, the duo said that though it could have been a short video, they were there to prove that their original creation had been accused of being plagiarised.
They said that the entire team of Kabir Singh was involved in the song’s creation, including the lyrics. They further revealed chats with Mallik, who had congratulated them on the song’s release and even praised it. Sachet and Parampara said that they didn’t have Amaal’s number and questioned his talk about favouritism. They stated, “It doesn’t matter whether you are part of the music industry. They say, What is nepotism, non-nepotism, outsiders. So this place is only for those who deliver good work. Every day there is a hustle.”
Sachet and Parampara went on to say in the same video that they enjoyed Amaal’s older songs, but they feel awful for his fans now since they are following someone who isn’t even giving the truth to the media. The pair went on to illustrate their point, saying they felt terrible and criticised Amaal for defaming them on social media.
The duo even urged him to respond, as they sought an apology for the fraudulent accusations made against them, since it was their original idea that Amaal attempted to claim as his.
