The internet was shocked when a young girl’s body was found in the abandoned Tesla of ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer D4vd. The news spread like wildfire and left fans stunned. Shocking New Details Emerge In Celeste Rivas Hernandez Death Case, D4vd Faces First-Degree Murder Charges!

D4vd, also known as David Anthony Burke, now faces serious accusations. He has been charged with first-degree murder under special circumstances. Not just this, he is also accused of the continuous s*xual abuse of a child under 14 years old and of cutting up human remains. Officials say the ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer had a secret s*xual relationship with the girl. When she threatened to speak up and expose him, he allegedly killed her to protect his career.

According to reports, the abuse began in September 2023 and went on for a full year until September 2024. The Los Angeles County District Attorney stated that D4vd took the girl’s life to keep his actions hidden and safeguard his rising popularity. Prosecutors believe he used a sharp weapon and afterward, he reportedly dismembered the body and hid the parts in two bags placed in the front trunk of his Tesla.

For the unversed, on September 8, 2025, workers found the badly decomposed body in a Hollywood Hills parking lot. The car had remained in that location for over a month and the remains belonged to 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who had been missing since the year before.
