For the unversed, rumours were spread when some eagle-eyed fans compared Aaryan’s beachside pictures with the ones posted by Karina, who is a UK-based student.
Many even pointed out identical beach loungers, matching towel patterns, and even a volleyball court visible in both backgrounds. After this, many suggested that they were together since Kartik and Karina also followed each other for a brief period of time on Instagram before unfollowing each other as the buzz became bigger. Karina later updated her Instagram bio to a message that read, “I don’t know Kartik!” which was later updated to, “I don’t know Kartik, I’m not his gf, I’m on a holiday with my family.” The now-deleted clarification was aimed at shutting down the speculations.
