Renuka Shahane On Her Horrific Experience With A Producer
Renuka Shahane made headlines for sharing the same incident in the media. She recently sat with Zoom and revealed that many years ago, a producer had visited her home. The actress recalled that he wanted her to do a saree campaign. The catch? The producer told her that he was married, and that he would pay her a monthly stipend and that they would live together, as per Renuka’s claims. The Hum Aapke Hain Koun star shared that she and her mother were “aghast” and that they kept on looking at each other. This is making us question the audacity of such men!
Further, Renuka shared that after she refused, the producer moved on to someone else. While talking about the aftermath of similar situations, the Dupahiya actress stated that either one gets thrown out of the project, or gets troubled even more or one doesn’t get paid if they leave the project by themselves. The actor firmly believes that victims are victimised more by a certain set of people. Renuka said that she did not face these situations but there is always a risk of encountering such kind of behaviour in the industry.

Renuka Shahane On Aishwarya Rai
During the same interview, Renuka Shahane praised Aishwarya Rai and called out haters who body-shamed her. She shared that we should celebrate her consistent achievements over the years. Renuka also highlighted the fact that it’s very easy for a brand to drop their ambassador, but Aishwarya has been a brand ambassador for the same brand for many years. The actresses advised people not to troll the star and asked them to shut their mouths if they do not have anything nice to say!
