Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda performed the Gruhapravesam and Satyanarayana Vratam puja at their new residence on Monday. The villagers welcomed the newlyweds with songs and dances apart from aarti before they entered their new home. During the same, the actress donned a beautiful saree and paired it with gold jewellery. The new groom wore a green and white kurta, which made him look dapper. Their family members, including Vijay’s brother, Anand Dverekonda, and Rashmika’s little sister, Shiman Mandanna, accompanied the newlyweds. As they stepped into their new home, a traditional aarti was performed and their nazar was also removed. The couple then reportedly performed the Satyanarayana Vratam puja at the new residence. Through this puja, the newlywed couple expresses their gratitude to God for the successful completion of the wedding and asks for blessings to start this new journey in their lives.

They Will Host An Invite-Only Reception
Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are planning to host an intimate reception, which will be held on March 4 in Hyderabad. The newlyweds’ team recently issued a statement and announced that it will be a strictly invite-only event because of the safety measures amid fans’ excitement. The reception was originally planned as a highly exclusive, invite-only gathering for members from film fraternities across Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada industries and political and administrative leaders. But the guest list has now been restricted further, amid the nationwide excitement around their wedding and in consultation with authorities.
