The Supreme Court bench headed by Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh heard Ranveer Allahbadia’s plea to merge all the complaints against him over India’s Got Latent remark. The SC bench made some strong remarks against Ranveer AKA BeerBiceps and Samay Raina, the creator of India’s Got Latent. SC Makes Strong Remarks On Allahbadia’s Joke
The Supreme Court bench strongly reacted to Ranveer Allahbadia’s AKA BeerBicep’s vulgar joke on Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. While hearing the plea, the SC bench stated that Ranveer should be ashamed of his joke and that there was something really bad going on in his mind. The SC bench also slammed the creators for using such uncomfortable and vulgar words on a platform like YouTube.
SC Seeks Response From Centre
During the hearing, the Supreme Court bench also questioned and sought a response from the Centre on the measurements that would be taken to regulate such content on the various platforms.
SC On Ranveer Allahbadia Getting Death Threats
The Supreme Court also reacted to all the death threats that Ranveer Allahbadia has been receiving over his India’s Got Latent remark. The SC stated that Allahbadia could move to the police in case of death threats against him or his family. However, Justice Surya Kant remarked that if one could make such vulgar jokes for cheap popularity, then others can do the same for cheap publicity.
SC Gives Interim Protection From Arrest
The Supreme Court has ordered the police to refrain from filing any more FIRs against Ranveer Allahbadia and has given him interim protection from arrest.

Cannot Leave Country, No Shows
The Supreme Court bench has strictly directed Ranveer Allahbadia to not leave the country without the court’s approval and will not have his lawyer during the interrogation. The creator has been banned from doing shows until further notice.
