Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is currently enjoying fatherhood to his 3-year-old daughter, Raha. The actor is often seen playing with her and expressing how much he loves spending time with her. During a recent chat with PNG Jewellers, Ranbir Kapoor recalled how his relationship with his father, Rishi Kapoor, was distant. He said how this made him want to become best friends with his daughter, Raha. He further shared, “I want to break that glass wall. I want to be a friend to her, give her the wings to fly in whichever direction she wants.” Kapoor also talked about taking his family’s legacy forward and said that growing up in a family of achievers made him aware that the next generation cannot rely on past laurels.
For Ranbir, success demanded an individualistic approach and the ability to introduce something new. What truly mattered to him was carrying forward a genuine sense of legacy and emotion. Recently, his wife and actor Alia Bhatt also spoke about the Animal actor’s love for his daughter and how he rushes home after shoots to spend time with her. She also added that her husband was very shy and wore his love for his daughter on his sleeve.
