Ranbir Kapoor Wishes Raha Could “Experience The Historic Moment” Of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Inauguration

In a heartfelt moment at the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony in Ayodhya, actor Ranbir Kapoor shared his sentiments about the auspicious occasion. In a conversation with Times Now at the ceremony, the actor, accompanied by his wife Alia Bhatt, revealed that he wished to bring their daughter Raha to experience the historic event firsthand. Ranbir expressed his immense pride and gratitude, stating that it is a big pride and he feels extremely lucky and blessed to be here. He also said that he wish he could have brought along his daughter Raha (Kapoor) here to experience this historic moment. He ended the conversation by saying that it feels just great, Jai Shree Ram.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor attended the ceremony in traditional attire, drawing attention with their grace and style. Ranbir opted for an ivory kurta-dhoti ensemble featuring intricate grey threadwork. Meanwhile, Alia looked stunning in a peacock green embroidered saree, paired with a matching silk embroidered shawl. Her ensemble was complemented by Kolhapuri heels, polki earrings, rings, and a potli bag. Alia’s sleek bun with crown braids, plunging-neck blouse, rose-pink lip shade, and minimal makeup added to her charm.

Notably, Alia’s special saree featured a border inspired by the Ramayan, adorned with embroidered images of Lord Ram, Lord Hanuman, and the Ram Setu. She also carried a matching shawl and purse made from the same material as the saree. The couple joined other celebrities like Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Rohit Shetty, Aayushmaan Khurrana, Madhuri Dixit, Shriram Nene at the grand event. Other than them celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, Anant Ambani were also present at the event.

While Ranbir expressed his desire to have his daughter witness the historic event, it seems the couple decided against bringing Raha, who is only one year old, considering her age. The Kapoor-Bhatt duo, however, captured attention with their traditional outfits, contributing to the grandeur of the Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony.
