Bollywood’s favourite duo, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, have been eagerly waiting for their new mansion in Bandra’s Pali Hill. The duo is often seen visiting their new home, which is under construction. According to recent reports, their luxurious bungalow is near completion, and they are all set to move into it. But is it even costlier than Shah Rukh Khan’s famous mansion Mannat? Read to know!
About Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt’s New House
Located in Pali Hill’s premium location, the Kapoor-Bhatt house is a 6-storey mansion with rooftop gardens and vine-draped balconies. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor have been overseeing the design and architecture in the house for years now. It has now become Bandra’s crown, which has beaten King Shah Rukh Khan’s home, Mannat.
As per a report by Business Today, the duo’s property is worth Rs 250 crores, making it the costliest residence in Mumbai. Their new mansion has beaten Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, worth Rs 200 crores, and Amitabh Bachchan’s mansion Jalsa, worth Rs 120 Crores. Interestingly, this new property is named after their sweet baby girl, Raha Kapoor.
History Of This Bungalow
The property has a lengthy history! The site where Ranbir Kapoor’s new residence is located was formerly owned by Raj Kapoor and Krishan Raj Kapoor (Ranbir’s grandparents). It was inherited by Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in the 1980s and is currently registered in the name of the Kapoor clan’s next generation, Raha. While their new home is almost ready, it still needs work. The couple is supposed to shift into their new home on an auspicious day.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead role. Bhatt has reportedly also joined the horror-comedy universe with a film named Chamunda.
