April 2 is truly a special date, as people are not only celebrating Hanuman Jayanti, but they also got to see the highly anticipated look of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama in the upcoming Ramayana! Fans had been patiently waiting to witness this look for a long time. However, if you fall into the category of people who missed seeing it, don’t worry because we have got you. Ranbir Kapoor As Lord Rama Revealed In Ramayana

On April 2 the Ramayana makers released a teaser of Ranbir Kapoor’s look as Lord Rama. In that he is seen in his royal avatar and also in the vanvasi look. As the teaser starts, we see the silhouette of the actor as Lord Rama standing on a mountaintop. This is enough to give us goosebumps! Later, as the teaser progresses, the audience sees the actor in a bejewelled royal look, followed by the vanvasi look. Although Sita, played by Sai Pallavi, and Laxman, played by Ravi Dubey, have not been revealed, we get a blurry glimpse of the two as well. Not just that, the teaser gives a taste of what’s to come in regards to the action sequences and the VFX.

The makers made sure to keep the anticipation high, as toward the end they added a glimpse of Ravana played by actor Yash. Although they did not reveal his face, we can feel the weight of this character in every frame. Now, the anticipation of seeing the official looks of the rest of the actors in Ramayana remains high! As far as the teaser’s reception goes, people have really liked Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, along with the VFX. A person commented, “The visuals are stunning, but the real magic is the deep, soulful feeling of finally seeing Lord Ram’s true spirit on screen. It’s more than just a movie; it feels like a powerful, emotional homecoming.”
