Rakul Preet Singh Spilled Deets On Her Workout Regime That Keeps Her In Great Shape. It’s An All-Rounder!

Celebrities often tend to be influencers as well. Their fashion, dressing style, food habits, and even fitness regime are often adopted by their fans. This is kind of the inspiration celebs serve to them. Speaking of fitness, one of the actresses in the industry who is known for her work and also for her dedication to her workout regime is Rakul Preet Singh. The star also takes to her Instagram to share pictures and reels of her doing either yoga or indulging in a fitness activity. But what intrigues her fans is that she is never seen sticking to one particular type of workout. In a recent interview, Rakul Preet shed light on the fitness regime and what she prefers to do to stay fit.

In an interview with Mashable India, Rakul said that she likes to incorporate different types of training in her fitness regime. Naming a few, she said she likes to practise strength training, yoga, cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The reason behind doing so, as she said was that she does not want her body to get used to only one type of workout.

Rakul Preet was also asked about her diet and she went on to say that diet is a ‘depressing’ word and she more believes in the world ‘lifestyle’. She further added that she has a healthy lifestyle and loves eating homemade food but does not indulge in fried food or sugar. Rakul also said that her lifestyle is all about going back to Ayurveda.
