Actress Rajshri Deshpande recently shared a shocking social media post that revealed her breast cancer diagnosis. In that, the Sacred Games star also revealed that she underwent surgery and is currently healing. Her captions not only made people emotional but also may have provided strength to the individuals going through the same health battle. Rajshri Deshpande Reveals Breast Cancer Diagnosis
Actress Rajshri Deshpande took to her Instagram handle on Wednesday and shared a photo of herself from a hospital bed, where she was posing and smiling at the camera. In the caption, the actress mentioned that as one is reading it, it means that she has finally found the courage to tell her parents that she has been diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma (NOS) grade 1 breast cancer. Rajshri added that now it’s time that everyone knows that. She further mentioned that, fortunately, they caught it early during a routine check-up, which gave them a fighting chance. The actress shared that a lot of the tests and surgery made it feel like a roller coaster ride but it was everyone’s love and warmth that carried her through it all. Rajshri mentioned that seeing her “Aai and papa’s faces,” (mom and dad’s faces) after surgery had melted her fears into unbreakable strength.

She Will Soon Be Discharged
Further in the caption, Rajshri Despande shared that with everyone’s support, she feels that he is ready to take on the world. Talking about her healing process, the actress wrote that she was beautifully recovering and soon heading home from the hospital. She then thanked her Dr Mandar Nadkarni from Kokilaben Hospital and praised his expertise and care. Rajshri ended the caption with, “Here’s to healing, hope and all the brighter days ahead.”
We are glad that Rajshri is healing and that she caught it early on. This serves as a reminder to all the ladies to get breast examinations done regularly. Such things can be diagnosed early on and quick actions can be taken before things get worse.
