The person accusing him recently posted two photos from a drinking party that show the comedian with fancy champagne and liquor bottles. Accuser Drops Shocking Photos Exposing Cho Saeho’s Close Alleged Ties To Gangster
As reported by Koreaboo, the accuser, who is also known as Mr A, shared the photos without saying exactly when they were taken. He stated that the comedian has been in connection with the crime groups for many years. The accuser mentioned a person named Choi, who, according to him, lived a fancy life from a young age. He then asked how a famous person like Cho Saeho could promote businesses tied to someone like that.
Things got more intense when people saw that the comedian started leaving some of his popular TV shows. The accuser wondered why an innocent person would step away from work like that.
For the unversed, it all started in December 2025 when Mr A said that Cho Saeho had a close friendship with Choi, who is suspected of operating illegal online gambling sites. The accuser also added that the comedian got luxury items and advertised businesses connected to the organised crime group.

Following which, the comedian’s agency answered quickly. They explained that he only knew Choi as someone he met at events over the years. There were no gifts and no money exchanges at all. Then, on January 9, 2026, Cho Saeho wrote a long message on his own social media. He admitted he met many different people while doing events and shows when he was younger. The comedian said that he should have been more careful about who he spent time with. But he made it clear that the serious accusations are not true. However, he felt bad for letting fans down and apologised for causing disappointment and hence decided to step back from variety shows.
