Nora Fatehi On Drug Case

On Sunday, November 16, Nora Fatehi took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “I don’t go to Parties.. I’m constantly on flights.. I’m a workaholic, I don’t have a personal life.. I don’t associate myself with people like that.“ she further emphasised that she spends her non-working days at home on a beach in Dubai or with her school friends. Other than that, all her days and nights were set aside for working on her dreams.

Further into the message, Fatehi cautioned fans not to believe the reports as she was an easy target. She also said that this was the second time it was happening, and she had stayed silent before as many tried to smear her reputation. She concluded her note with a request not to use her name or image with the news, as it had nothing to do with her. The actress also warned everyone that if it counted, the price to pay would be heavy.

The statement came after media reports alleged that Nora, Shraddha Kapoor, and several other Bollywood personalities were present at rave parties supposedly hosted by detained drug trafficker Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh. During his interrogation, Shaikh reportedly claimed he arranged these parties for Bollywood and fashion industry figures, and that Dawood Ibrahim’s nephew, Alishah Parkar, was also among the attendees. Shaikh, who was deported from Dubai last month, is currently being held by the Ghatkopar unit of the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC). Officials from the ANC have not dismissed the possibility of questioning the celebrities he named in his statements.
