In a lawsuit reviewed by TMZ, Matt claimed that his ex-wife’s comments during a livestream were ‘invasive’ and also demolished his private life after retiring from the National Football League (NFL). While appearing on Marlon Gracia’s Mar-Athon livestream, Haley revealed the size of her ex-husband’s private part, which she described as ‘two Coke cans, maybe even a third’, and said that it impacted their marriage, which ended in 2022. Matt said that his ex-wife’s comment called for unwanted attention and invasive comments from the public.
He also claimed that his family had been forced to endure the ongoing circulation of these degrading and personal statements. The 36-year-old filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, January 6, and claimed that Baylee got many financial benefits, increased viewership and engagement through many social media platforms. Notably, the 2012 Pro Bowler has requested a jury trial against his ex-wife, Haley, for invading privacy by sharing “highly intimate and private facts” about him. He is seeking damages of over $75,000.
