Some contestants are already confirmed or widely recognised from teasers and reports. Among the women is Kim Min Ji, @arb0r_day, a professional track and field athlete. Kim Go Eun, @goxnniee, a model and former Miss Korea runner-up and Mina Sue Choi, @minadori222, who represented South Korea in Miss Earth 2022.

On the men’s side, there is Lim Sung Jin, @limsungjinn, who is aprofessional volleyball player with a huge following online and Danny Koo, @dannykoo_boom, a talented musician and violinist.
Reports from sources like Harper’s Bazaar Singapore say that this season will include actress Song Eunwoo and weather forecaster Lee Yeji. While not yet official, their possible participation has fans buzzing even more. For the unversed, the show follows singles who arrive on a remote island called Inferno and have to pair up with someone to go to Paradise for luxurious dates and quality time.
Fans are happy that the favourite hosts are returning. The panel includes Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, rapper Hanhae, and Dex, who first left everyone breathless in season 2.
Netflix will drop the first episode of Singles Inferno season 5 on Tuesday, January 20. In India, it arrives around 1:30 PM IST.
