Kim Seon Ho Talks About How He And Go Youn Jung Developed Surreal Chemistry In Can This Love Be Translated?
In a conversation with Elle, the actor explained that good chemistry happens when actors open up to each other. Luckily, he and Go Youn Jung shared the same energy and way of working on set. They worked hard to make their characters feel real and alive in every scene and lived the moments naturally instead of just acting them out. He felt fortunate to join a team full of talented people and called the whole experience a blessing. Well, we are happy because they surely stole the show with their honest and lovely performances.
For the unversed, the K-drama’s story centres on Joo Ho-jin, played by Kim Seon Ho, who is an interpreter and is fluent in many languages. His life takes a turn when he meets Cha Mu-hee, portrayed by Go Youn Jung, a struggling actor. What happens next is even more surprising. Cha Mu-hee quickly becomes famous after starring as a creepy zombie named Do Ra-mi in a horror film called The Quiet Woman.
But the intense role affects her deeply mentally. Later, Ho-jin gets hired for a romantic travel show. Go Youn Jung’s character joins the show with a charming Japanese actor, Hiro Kurosawa. Ho-jin translates for them during their trip, and he and Mu-hee start to connect more.
