With heavy hearts, the Indians celebrated Navaratri’s 10th day, Dussehra on October 24. Some celebrated the day with the ritual of Sindoor Khela, primarily seen in West Bengal, while others witnessed the tradition of Raavan Dhahan. Even our B-Town celebrities made happy memories on the day, and many videos also went viral on Instagram. From Tejas actress Kangana Ranaut doing Raavan Dhahan to Rani Mukerji following the tradition of Sindoor Khela at her family’s Durga Pujo pandal. Rani Mukerji’s Sindoor Khela
Donning a peach saree with a red border for Dussehra, Rani Mukerji did the Sindoor Khela with her family and friends at her family’s Durga Puja pandal. In the video, she was also seen playing the dhol and enjoying the celebrations. In another video, Rani Mukerji was seen dancing her heart out with the famous TV actress Rupali Ganguli. The Anupama actress wore the traditional off-white and red border Bengali saree.
Kangana Ranaut’s Dussehra
The Tejas actress Kangana Ranaut spent her Dusshera in Dehli at the Luv Kush Ramlila event. The actress burnt Raavan’s effigy, also called Raavan Dhahan, and became the first woman to ever do so. Kangana was dressed in a royal orange colour saree and her outfit was styled with heavy jewellery. A bun covered and decorated with red roses completed her regal look.
Sumona Chakravarthi’s Dussehra!
Kapil Sharma Show star Sumona Chakravarthi was also spotted at the Durga Pujo pandal during the Sindoor Khela. After impressing us with her Dhununi dance, this time Sumona was seen effortlessly dancing to the Dhol with other ladies.

Ishita Dutta And Vatsal Seth
New parents Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Seth also visited the Durga Pujo pandal on the occasion of Dussehra. Tanushree Dutta also accompanied them and the trio posed for the cameras too.
