The actor is known for his vast genres of film in the Telugu industry and other languages too. However, his fans and followers also look up to him as fitness goals. Nagarjuna’s Fitness Regime!
The South Indian superstar Nagarjuna is not only praised for his acting chops but also his fitness. During an interview with Hindustan Times, Nagarjuna had once revealed that he strictly followed a fitness regime and never compromised on it. The regime included a strict 45 minute workout session of cardio, walking, strength training etc, at least 5-6 days a week. However, on days when he couldn’t go for gyming, the substitutes were swimming or other forms of activities.
He eats an early dinner, around 7 which includes a meal of salads, rice, chicken and fish, as per a conversation with musician MM Keeravani. Nagarjuna also opts for intermittent fasting and for him, it’s not just a trend but the way of life. This means, he eats within 12 hours, and the rest 12 hours, he is on fasting. As per the report, the actor starts his day with a cup of coffee or warm water along with kimchi, sauerkraut, or fermented cabbage. Another secret to Nagarjuna’s fitness is staying away from mobile phones too, as per reports.
