Mukesh Ambani’s Billion-Dollar Home Antilia Does Not Have An AC. Here’s Why!

The Ambani family is no doubt one of the wealthiest families in India, and everything they own is one of a kind. And their famous house Antilia garnered much attention with its unique infrastructure and stunning luxury. And now, reports say that their million-dollar house does not have a traditional AC but a unique centralised system that adheres to their aesthetics.

About Ambanis’ Antilia

Mukesh Ambani’s 27-floor home in Mumbai called Anitilia is one of the most expensive homes in the world, as it was made by two of the most prominent names in the architecture world –  Perkins & Will and Leighton Asia. The house is not just about basic luxury, but has such unique features and technologies that one can only dream of.

The estate lacks air conditioning, which is an unusual feature. But how can the home stay cool? According to rumours, Antilia lacks a standard air conditioning system. The air conditioner installed in the mansion does not have an exterior unit. Instead, it features a centralised air conditioning system that complements the home’s distinct appearance.

Unlike other systems, the house’s temperature cannot be set or modified manually. This is because the temperature is controlled while accounting for the house’s surroundings. The marble, flowers, plants, and other materials within automatically regulate the interior temperature. According to sources, the marble and flowers in the mansion must be kept at a precise temperature to maintain their quality and attractiveness, and the AC automatically adjusts to various spots across the property. Fancy, isn’t it?
