Speaking about the shoot, Naza stated, “We shot three songs—’Dongri Ke Sultan,’ ‘a cover of Jumma Chumma De De,’ and ‘Apni Toh Jaise Taise.’ The setup was extensive, with Ranveer and Rakesh Bedi presented in a car and a band performing on a truck. We shot the song for an entire day.” As per reports, this shoot happened in South Mumbai during Ramzan last year. The singer praised director Aditya Dhar and stated that he was very happy and present during the filming process. Dhar also asked him to play his bongo with a little more swing.
All three songs were ultimately removed from the film despite the scale and effort behind them. Speaking about the decision, Naza said he wasn’t sure why they were cut, adding that the makers edited them out entirely, even as fan clubs continued reaching out to him with questions about the track.

Since he still owns the rights, the singer now plans to release ‘Dongri Ke Sultan’ independently. He shared that although the song was originally part of the film, it didn’t make the final cut, prompting him to create an official music video. The track previously existed only in audio form, but work is now underway on a premium video, which is expected to be released soon.
