As Wednesday takes over Netflix, across the world, the expected obsession is finally showing its fabulous side. Jenna Ortega’s acting along with Tim Burton’s magic has been making everyone fall in love with Wednesday. The series starring Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luiz Guzman, Christina Ricci and others is dark and people are loving Wednesday Addams as a character. Everything about her including her dark vibe, clothes, humour, eerie smile, chaotic existence and of course, her fabulous and creepy dance, is amazing. Even Bollywood celebrities including Mouni Roy seem to be showcasing their love for the show by dressing up as the iconic character.
Mouni Roy has posted a couple of pictures and a video channelling Wednesday, which has been captioned, “Obsessing over WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!” She looks insanely adorable in this costume with a simple black turtleneck, her tied-in plats and gorgeous leather pants. On top of this, her expression seems to be mimicking Wednesday Addams in the best way possible. Gotta love how amazing she looks. But, she isn’t the only one.
Ira Dubey too has dressed up as Wednesday Addams while hosting her show, A Table For Two but it didn’t just stop there. Jim Sarbh was dressed up as a very eerie Gomez Addams and of course, Shahana Goswami was dressed up as a very gorgeous Morticia Addams. It’s safe to say that the Addams Family fever is definitely taking over Bollywood.
Janhvi Kapoor had also dressed up as Morticia Addams earlier this year as an ode to the iconic character and the fabulous series. Gotta love her gothic look, gorgeous dress and black lipstick, huh? Are you as obsessed as I am?
