During a live performance at the Dinhata Festival in Cooch Behar, Monali Thakur faced a serious health issue when she started having trouble breathing. The audience noticed that she looked very uncomfortable, which led her to stop singing right away. On Tuesday evening, Monali Thakur’s video from the festival made the rounds on the internet. In the video, she is seen pausing her performance and expressing her apologies to the audience because she was feeling unwell and unable to continue singing. The singer was struggling to breathe, and hence she was taken to Dinhata Sub-District Hospital and later moved to a private hospital in Cooch Behar, where she is currently receiving treatment. Although her condition became serious, her team has reassured everyone that she is now alright. We hope for her speedy recovery!

Additionally, earlier, the singer abruptly ended her concert in Varanasi due to issues with the event’s organisation. In a video from the event, she expressed her disappointment about the conditions and mentioned that her team was excited to perform, but the management’s failures made it difficult. She noted that she had warned about the potential for injury several times and that her dancers had advised her to take it easy, but the situation was chaotic. She promised to return and provide a much better experience in the future and asked for their understanding regarding the cancellation of the show.
