On January 23, Monali Thakur took to her Instagram handle and clarified rumours of her being hospitalised. She addressed the media and asked not to share any unverified news about her health. She expressed gratitude for the love and concern but wanted to clarify that she is not having any breathing problems and was not admitted to a hospital and stated that the information was false. Furthermore, the singer explained that she had not been feeling well due to a viral infection. She mentioned that she was unwell recently because she didn’t have enough time to recover from the flu, which caused a relapse and led to severe sinus pain and migraines, especially during flights. Moreover, Monali Thakur is now back in Mumbai, where she is receiving treatment, resting, and recovering. She also reassured everyone that she will be fine soon and emphasised on the fact that there are more important things to focus on.
