The actor is all set to play the role of Zarina Ayub in Mirzapur: The Film. However, during a recent interview with Hindi Rush, the actor shared some disturbing series events that unfolded after the first season of Mirzapur premiered. Anangsha revealed that she received several vulgar messages and unknown emails and social media comments using similar words, and how all of it left her so disturbed. The actor further said that she regarded her work as ‘Saraswati’ and did it with dedication, but the response left her wondering why people were talking like that.

Elaborating further on the kind of messages she received, the actor said that many people started to ask questions like “how much do you charge for a night?” and requested her to spend a weekend in Mauritius. The actor said that these messages left her ‘shaken’ and further highlighted that the audience should know how to look at an actor separately from the work they do on the screen.

It was simply a character played in a series, and yet these trolls did not know how to keep it separate from a real-life person.
