Mawra Hocane Removed From Sanam Teri Kasam Album Cover
On Monday, May 12, it was noticed that the album of Sanam Teri Kasam now only featured Harshvardhan Rane. Mawra Hocane, on the other hand, had removed the covers from Spotify and YouTube Music. The same was seen with ‘Zaalima,’ a love number filmed on Shah Rukh Khan and Pakistani actress Mahira Khan for the 2017 film Raees. The album covers on YouTube, YouTube Music, and Spotify all display SRK solo, with no evidence of Mahira. This has been in light of India’s retaliation against Pakistan during Mission Sindoor after the horrific Pahalgam attack.
More On The Controversy
Harshvardhan Rane’s decision to leave Sanam Teri Kasam 2 with Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane arose after she made a post criticising India’s successful Operation Sindoor against Pakistan. His decision did not sit well with Mawra, who labelled it a PR strategy. He slammed back by saying that Hocane’s remarks were personal, unlike his, who did not target her dignity as a woman.
