Marry My Husband Actor Song Ha-yoon Fights Back Against Bullying Accusations With Lawsuit

After being accused of school bullying, actress Song Ha-yoon is taking strong legal action. The actor’s legal team released a statement on Wednesday. In the statement, it was mentioned that it’s tough to prove something which didn’t happen; hence, this made it hard for her to respond much at first. Since then, Song Ha-yoon has been busy gathering proof to show that the accusations made by Ms Oh are not true.

She has collected a lot of evidence on her own and has now officially filed a criminal complaint against Ms Oh. As per reports, the police believe that the defamation claims need to be investigated and tried to move forward with the case. However, Ms Oh, who lives in the U.S. and says she’s a U.S. citizen, has repeatedly refused to help with the investigation.

Even though Ms Oh claims to be a U.S. citizen, the police, working with the Ministry of Justice, confirmed that she is still a South Korean citizen.

Still, Ms Oh has kept refusing to come to Korea for the investigation. In May, because she didn’t show up for police requests without a good reason, the authorities issued a “wanted notification” and put her on the police’s wanted list.
