A very sad news made headlines on April 4, Friday. We lost a gem of an actor, Manoj Kumar. The star breathed last at the age of 87. He was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. Manoj Kumar’s death was confirmed to the media by his son Kunal Goswami. The actor’s death has left his fans feeling sad, and many celebrities from the film industry also expressed grief over his passing away. Taking to his social media handle, Akshay Kumar shared a black and white picture of Manoj Kumar and wrote that he had learned many things from him as an actor. Akshay Kumar also wrote that Manoj Kumar taught him to express the two greatest emotions as an actor- love and pride for the country. He hailed him as a cinematic icon and thanked him for giving some of the best and most memorable films to Hindi Cinema. Ajay Devgn also spoke about the long years of collaboration that his father Veeru Devgn had with Manoj Kumar.
