And now, it seems like Malaika Arora has taken up a wellness challenge after confirming her breakup with Arjun Kapoor. She revealed on social media about her November challenge, during which she would be cutting off alcohol and toxic people.

Bollywood actor Malaika Arora took to her Instagram and told the audience about her one-month wellness challenge. This would include- 1. No alcohol. 2. Eight hours of sleep. 3. Get a mentor. 4. Exercise daily. 5. Ten thousand steps per day. 6. Fast until 10 am daily. 7. Avoid processed foods. 8. No food after 8 pm. 9. Remove toxic people. This message comes after some cryptic notes shared on her social media.
Arjun Kapoor Announcing Breakup With Malaika Arora
During a promotional event for his film Singham Again, Arjun Kapoor publicly addressed his relationship status by saying that he was single. In a viral video, Kapoor was seen telling the crowd, “Abhi single hoon main, relax.” While neither of them had confirmed their breakup before this, rumours had been circulating for months regarding their breakup. The speculations suggested that both of them had run their course of the relationship but still respected each other’s privacy.
While Arjun Kapoor is being praised for his performance as Danger Lanka in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the actor recently admitted that he was not a fan of movies when he shot the film. Arjun stated that he was in the worst phase of his life. Back then, the actor had a streak of disappointments and was suffering with his breakup with Malaika Arora.
