Malaika Arora Feels Work Helped Her Mental Health After Father’s Death. Hope She’s Fine!

We all have our escape while dealing with deep losses in life, and work is one of them for many of us. Malaika Arora is still grieving her father Anil Mehta’s loss, however, the actress is also trying to cope with the situation and she recently opened up about the same. Malaika Arora stated that coming back to the grind has helped to get her mind off of the grief. Read on to know more about it.

Malaika Arora’s father passed away in September, this year. It came down as a shocking news for the family. Reportedly, her father Anil Mehta fell off the balcony of his house, however, Mumbai police ruled out the possibility of suicide. Malaika Arora in a recent interview spoke about dealing with this sudden and unfortunate loss. She stated that coming back to work has helped her mental health. Malaika Arora also added that her father would want her to continue with life and work hard. The actress also felt grateful to have gotten the time to process the loss and credited work to help her get her focus back and balance her mental health.

The Mumbai police are still investigating the death of Malaika Arora’s father death. The actor was surrounded by her close ones during the difficult times. Her ex-boyfriend Arjun Kapoor was also seen standing by her side.
