Famous television star Mahhi Vij was recently admitted to a hospital on Thursday, November 6. After this, her publicist revealed that she had a high fever, which is why doctors advised her to get admitted. This left her fans concerned, after which she herself confirmed that she had been hospitalised but assured everyone she was in safe hands. Vij reported that, while her dengue, malaria, and typhoid tests were negative, she had a severe viral infection.

Mahhi Vij expressed sadness at not being able to shoot for her forthcoming show ‘Seher Hone Ko Hai’ and stated that she is doing everything she can to heal swiftly and return to work. On Friday, she shared a video update from the hospital where she has been battling a severe viral infection. The actress mentioned that though her tests for dengue, malaria, and typhoid came back negative, the viral fever has left her weak. Check out her video here!

In the video, Mahhi also spoke about trying to regain her strength with home-sent fruits and hoped to resume work soon. She thanked her well-wishers for their love and concern, explaining that she’s resting and unable to respond to calls at the moment.
