Lee Min Ho is one of South Korea’s most popular actors. Min Ho gained his legendary status in the Korean entertainment industry after starring in multiple mega-hit shows like Legend of the Blue Sea, The Heirs and Pachinko. The actor, however, now only stars in select projects that are released sporadically. Recently, Min Ho attended the premiere event for Disney+’s upcoming show Made in Korea, and fans were shocked to see his dramatic transformation. Read on to know more.
Lee Min Ho’s Dramatic Transformation
Actor Lee Min Ho’s recent appearance at the Made in Korea premiere drew a lot of backlash. Netizens criticised his visuals and noticed that the actor appears to have gained weight. Some even said that the Pachinko actor looked unrecognisable in the pictures.
Lee Min Ho’s fans, however, jumped in to defend the actor. They pointed out that gaining weight is not a bad thing, and the actor looks fit and healthy. The change in his appearance is due to ageing, and it is natural for his visuals to change as he grows up. They say that the 38-year-old actor, despite the criticism, still looked charming while posing on the red carpet.

The fans also explained that commenting on the actor’s visuals and weight change is disrespectful, as he suffered a life-threatening accident in 2006, which left him in a coma and required him to get a 46-centimetre metal pin in his thigh. He may still be dealing with the aftereffects of this injury.
