Krystle D’Souza Addresses Rumours Of Replacing Tamannaah Bhatia In Dhurandhar Song, Says She Had No Idea!

Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar is soaring at the box office. Ranveer Singh is the lead actor in the film along with Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, among other stars who played pivotal roles. The film’s songs also made a lot of buzz among fans, and one of them is ‘Shararat’, starring Krystle D’Souza and Ayesha Khan. There were numerous suggestions that Tamannaah Bhatia was also being considered for the song, but that couldn’t happen. Now, Krystle has reacted to such speculations, and here’s what she said.

What Did Krystle D’Souza Say?

The actor addressed the rumours and talks around with a very balance answer. In a conversation with IANS, Krystle D’Souza clarified that she was no aware of the internal conversations that were happening related to the casting. However, she went on to hailed Tamannaah Bhatia for being an excellent, talented and beautiful performer and being the best at what she does. Krystle D’Souza also added that she and Ayesha Khan were destined to do the song, and it was meant to come to them. Although, she again reiterated about how good Tamannaah Bhatia was as an artist. She opined that the actor would have added her own charm and beauty to the song, and Krystle also mentioned about feeling wonderful looking at women do well in their lives.

Choreographer Vijay Ganguly later clarified on his statements, and said that Tamannaah Bhatia was never under consideration for the song as her star power could have been overwhelming for the scenes. As per him, the makers did not want the attention to be diverted from the film’s story which continued to progress despite the song.

Dhurandhar released in theatres on December 5.
