The actress made us proud by becoming the first Indian female actor to make an impactful speech during the prestigious World Health Summit 2025, held in Berlin. During her speech, she addressed important points regarding women’s well-being along with the statistics. The actor’s latest stint on such a platform is inspirational!
What Did Kriti Sanon Say During Her Speech?
During a segment called– Women’s Health- Global Wealth: Catalysing Returns On Bold Investments, Kriti Sanon raised the less-talked-about issue of how there is a lack of women’s input in decisions made for the well-being of women! She also emphasised the fact that women are still underrepresented at a global level in health research, clinical trials and policy design. The actress further told the audience how women are 50 per cent more at risk of being misdiagnosed after a heart attack as compared to men. Additionally, she revealed that females are 47 per cent more likely to be severely injured and 17 per cent more at risk of passing away during car accidents than men because the car crash dummies were designed according to an average man.

She also talked about multiple issues that need attention on a global scale. The Mimi star also raised conversation around limited health care access, child marriage and poor maternal health.

Rai and will hit the theatres on November 28, 2025.
