Salman Khan graced the couch in the special first episode of the Karan Johar-hosted show, and he was later joined by Karisma Kapoor. Salman Khan Refused To Shoot With Karisma Kapoor?
It was quite a fun episode as the iconic duo of Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan reunited on the show. They shared some happy anecdotes about their bond on the set. During this conversation, Karisma Kapoor spoke about their film Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge and how she was excited about her fashion in the same. Well, we can’t forget those class-apart outfits. However, Karisma Kapoor revealed Salman Khan’s reaction to it, and that he questioned her outfit and also refused to give a shot next to her if she wore the outfit.
Karisma Kapoor also complained about this to David Dhawan. Karan Johar then asked Salman Khan if it was because the outfit was s*xy. Karisma nodded her head in agreement and said that it was because it was ” too open and too clingy”. However, Salman Khan refused that and said that it was just too short, and he kept asking her to pull it down before every shot as it was sheer.
Karisma Kapoor also said that they used to fight a lot on the set over her outfit and that Salman Khan was too protective about her.
The two have shared screen space several times in films like Biwi No.1, and Hum Saath Saath Hain, among others.
