Many felt this choice was inappropriate for a romantic comedy. They even saw it as a mockery of a sensitive religious figure. As per Koreaboo, some users on Tiktok added that the use of the name is blasphemous and disrespectful. Others demanded action and asked people to protest or even take legal steps against the show’s creators for what they saw as an offensive misrepresentation of their faith.
