Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron’s dating row exploded on the internet and left fans and netizens divided. Many shocking accusations flew back and forth and now the It’s Okay to Not Be Okay actor has taken more legal action over statements from the late actress’s family. As reported by Koreaboo, lawyer Go Sang Rok spoke for Kim Soo Hyun and shared a clear statement. Earlier, the late actress’s family said that there are multiple photos of the duo. He rejected the claim and stated that it was impossible. Kim Soo Hyun’s team pushed back on other claims made by Kim Sae Ron’s family. A message from June 2016 about falling asleep in an embrace only came out from the late actor’s sibling’s word and there was zero proof that Kim Soo Hyun had sent it.

The It’s Okay To Not Be Okay actor’s team stated that there weren’t any military letters apart from the one already made public. Also, Kim Soo Hyun did not send any personal emails to the late actress during his military service.

Reports say that before Kim Sae Ron’s contract ended, her company and manager heard multiple times that she was out drinking with friends. This made them decide not to keep her on. About the photo she posted and then took down from social media with Kim Soo Hyun, the company thought it was blackmail. They did not expect to get back the 700 million won she owed them. But after that happened, the company wiped out her debt completely.

It’s important to note that the lawsuits between Kim Soo Hyun, Gaseyeon, and Kim Sae Ron’s family are still going on.
