Kim Soo Hyun’s legal representative, attorney Go Sang Rok, has made headlines with his recent statements. The actor’s attorney has demanded Garo Sero Institute host Kim Se Ui and the late actress Kim Sae Ron’s family to publicly disclose evidence that supports their claims against Kim Soo Hyun. What Kim Soo Hyun’s Lawyer Said About His Involvement In Kim Sae Ron’s Case
On October 27, Kim Soo Hyun’s legal representative, Go Sang Rok, took to social media to state the following: “Please clearly present to the public the basis for identifying the person in the KakaoTalk conversations from June 2016 and April 13, 2018, as actor Kim Soo Hyun.”
Sang Rom continued by saying that the picture that Kim Sae Ron had of the two together, posted while Soo Hyun’s popular K-drama Queen Of Tears was airing, was actually taken in February 2020. Kim Sae Ron was entering her second year of college at that time. However, the attorney states that the draft statement that is circulating online claims that the picture was taken in 2016.
He says that Kim Sae Ron knew the truth and made sure that the document containing the truth did not get leaked to the public. Then, Kim Soo Hyun’s lawyer went on to say that he had requested that the other party, Garo Sero Institute, host Kim Se Ui and Sae Ron’s family to release alleged evidence that holds against Soo Hyun on September 30; however, they have remained silent for almost a month now.
The lawyer also stated that the alleged KakaoTalk (South Korean messaging platform) between Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun were fabricated. He explained that at the time the messages were exchanged, Soo Hyun was filming for his movie Real. Due to the hectic schedule, it was physically impossible for the actor to take time out and meet anyone.

He concluded by saying that he urges the other party to release clear evidence proving that the person mentioned in the conversation was indeed Kim Soo Hyun. He also requested Kim Se Ui to submit the full contents of the group KakaoTalk chat that he had previously mentioned to the investigative authorities.
