Kim Soo Hyun’s Footage Removed From South Korean Show Amid Kim Sae-ron Controversy

South Korean star Kim Soo Hyun has been amid a huge controversy since Kim Sae Ron’s suicide. Even after the actor’s press conference, the fans have not been satisfied with his side of the story. Now, weeks after MBC’s variety program Good Day said it would edit out his appearance from the show. As per reports, he was completely edited out of the Sunday episode amid the ongoing controversy.

Kim Soo Hyun Gets Edited Out Of Show

Kim Soo Hyun was spotted seated in the center of a group shot in a section featuring CL from 2NE1. However, producers modified the photograph such that it did not show on screen at all. The show also included a scenario in which singer G-Dragon directed the voice. Yim Si-wan, Code Kunst, Jung Hae-in, Hwang Kwang-hee, Jo Se-ho, and members of the band DAY6 all made individual recordings. However, Soo-hyun was not involved.

Last month, Soo-hyun appeared in a group photo during the show’s broadcast. He also participated in filming the program on March 13, despite widespread criticism. The Good Day production team then stated that they “decided to edit out Kim Soo Hyun’s appearances as much as possible.” Furthermore, the individual recording session with the cast member on March 13 will not be televised.”

Last month, the star also denied dating allegations with Kim Sae Ron while she was a minor. He also denied that pressure from him or his team caused her death. Soo Hyun also questioned the authenticity of Kakao Talk messages from 2016 to 2018 released by Kim Sae Ron’s family.
