Internet star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian has been receiving hate for the recent styling of her 12-year-old daughter, North West. From wearing a corset to opting for faux tattoos to having a dermal piercing on her middle finger at a young age, she became the talk of the town recently. The artist has said several times that her daughter has a lot of confidence, which could be proved by the fact that she modelled for her mom’s brand, SKIMS. Read to know more here.

Earlier in September 2025, many social media users started sharing their opinions about North West opting for microdermal piercing at a young age. They also slammed Kim Kardashian for allowing her daughter to opt for such procedures in her pre-teens. They wrote, “North West getting a finger piercing is breaking my heart, just me? What is going on #northwest #kardashians.” To this, the entrepreneur replied, saying, “It’s Okay” with a love-hand emoticon.

Though the pre-teen has been receiving a lot of criticism online, she recently became the face of her mom Kim’s brand SKIMS. She was seen flaunting her blue hair and wearing the limited-edition holiday line for an ad campaign. Kim said that with her daughter becoming the face of the campaign, it added a personal touch to the pieces. North is a total fashionista and doesn’t even hesitate to criticise her billionaire mom. She had reviews on Kim’s all perarled-up dress when she labelled it as a ‘doll store.’
