In the latest episode of The Kardashians, we saw Kris Jenner worrying about Kim Kardashian’s decision to wear diamonds during the Paris Robbery hearing. Kim confidently refused to back down and stated that they are not going to take away her power. The business mogul added that she will be whoever she wants to be. She clarified that she deliberately wore those diamonds because they symbolised her resilience.
In the show’s confessional, the SKIMS owner opened up about not wearing diamonds for years because of that traumatic incident. She had to draw the line when people told her what she was not allowed to do because of others’ actions. However, it wasn’t just Kris who was concerned, Kim’s lawyers also asked her not to go for it. In the episode, Kim stated that she was just being her authentic self, adding that the accused in the Paris Robebry case tried to take that power from her, and now they were taking away her experience to wear whatever she wanted. Back in 2016, a bunch of masked individuals broke into Kim Kardashian’s Paris hotel, tied her up at gunpoint and stole jewels, which also included her engagement ring. When she attended the hearing back in May, Kim tried to wear a black John Galliano blazer dress and paired it with millions worth of diamond jewels.
