During the same time, she counter-questioned, “Can’t we talk as friends?” The actress further clarified that there was no romantic relationship between the two. Khushi expressed that her statements were blown out of proportion and misunderstood, further claiming that her Instagram account was hacked.
She also told the publication that they aren’t in touch but used to talk as friends in the past. The actress shared that even after the controversy went viral online, she and Surya Kumar Yadav did not speak. While wishing the best to the cricketer and the Indian team for the upcoming World Cup, Khushi alleged that Surya Kumar Yadav had chatted with her as a friend after a defeat.

A video posted by Kiddaan Entertainment showed Khushi Mukherjee attending an event, during which she was asked if she wanted to date any cricketer. The actress responded by saying that she didn’t want to date any cricketer and that so many of them were after her. Khushi then made a shocking revelation that Surya Kumar Yadav used to message her a lot. The Splitsvilla fame added that they don’t talk much now but she doesn’t even want to be associated with the cricketer. The reality show star stated that she doesn’t like any linkups involving her.
