She also spread awareness by being a part of an informational project, 10 Deaf Children: One Powerful Message, that promoted support for the deaf community. Kaylee’s big break came after she starred in Godzilla vs. Kong in 2021, portraying the role of Jia. It’s important to mention that she was noticed by casting director Sarah Halley Finn after starring in a service app’s commercial, which helped her land the role of Jia in the Godzilla films. Apart from this, she also appeared in an episode of Magnum P.I. In 2024, Kaylee reprised her role in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. On July 21, Kaylee Hottle passed away in the US due to a car accident, per the reports. According to WBAL TV, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office stated that the accident occurred at around 2:52 am. It was revealed that a 19-year-old man was driving the car when it went to the right side of the road and crashed into a culvert. It is being believed that the car was being driven at a high speed, which may be the cause of the tragedy. After the accident, the 19-year-old man was trapped in the car. It was revealed that both of them were later taken to the hospital, where Kaylee was declared dead.
