Katrina Kaif Reacts To Postpartum Trolling!

Katrina Kaif recently had a conversation with Vogue regarding the trolling she faced amid her postpartum journey. According to her, “we live in a world that wants to blow us around in the ever-changing winds of opinions.” She thinks that most people are aware of what a woman’s body goes through after childbirth; however, despite that, if they still choose to view that body through a harsh lens, it’s a personal choice. Katrina stated that it can’t be blamed on a lack of information, because there is so much information available out there. She expressed wanting to focus on this lovely part of her life and where she’s headed.

Katrina Kaif On “Bouncing Back”

During the conversation, Katrina Kaif also spoke about the idea that women must return to their pre-pregnancy body after childbirth. She stated, “Bounce back? From where?” She clarified that she has taken a step towards something that was a deep desire in her heart; keeping this in mind, she questioned why she would want to go back. The actress also revealed that initially, after giving birth to Vihaan, she felt an “indescribable feeling” to see his face and know that four years of a journey for her and Vicky Kaushal had led to this. She revealed that she is aware of her fitness journey and where her body feels at its most energetic. Katrina stated that she will reach there at her own pace.

Honestly, what Katrina Kaif said about the trolling she faced during her postpartum journey makes complete sense. We feel that it’s not that hard to be empathetic towards others and choose kindness over criticism. Haters should really take a cue from the famous Bambi dialogue: “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.”
