Actor Katrina Kaif is not just remembered for her impeccable acting and dance skills, but also for her disciplined and fit fitness regime. The actor has always stayed religious towards her health and fitness and it shows as she is among the fittest actors in the industry. Following this, in a recent interview, her nutritionist Shweta Shah opened up about Katrina Kaif’s diet plans and how she always sticks to homemade food and carries it with her wherever she goes!

In a recent interaction with nutritionist Shweta Shah,  she discussed the actor’s diet and how she has such a fit body. The dietician revealed that Kaif has a thorough understanding of her body and that she pays good attention to it. She also said that the actor never blindly follows anything on the internet but always seeks answers to everything. She further elaborated that since Katrina Kaif has such a thorough understanding of her body, she only comes to her dietician Shweta Shah for everything and asks about certain alternatives such as iron sources or which juices to have.

Ayurveda And Self- Care Practices

The Tiger 3 actor religiously follows Ayurveda according to her nutritionist and she also loves following self-care practices like oil pulling, shatpavli (taking 100 steps after lunch and dinner) nasal cleaning, and many more. Shah also revealed that the actor needs to be served cooling meals due to her pita body type. To this date, Katrina Kaif has consumed black raisins, chewed fennel seeds, and ash gourd juice. If the juice isn’t available then the actor has to have amla juice and mint coriander.

Shweta Shah further added that the Tiger 3 actor wakes up early and also revealed that she only eats 2 times a day! Shah said that Katrina Kaif is not someone who eats every 2 hours. She always sticks to “Ghar ka khana” and carries it with her wherever she goes. Shweta Shah said that Kat is someone who can always eat the same kind of food.
