Karisma Kapoor’s Advocate Dismisses Priya Sachdev’s Claims About Kids Receiving 1900 Crores!

Karisma Kapoor’s kids with ex-husband Sunjay Kapur have been fighting a legal battle for a share in their father’s 30,000 crore estate. The battle is ongoing in court, and Priya Sachdev was also asked to reveal all the movable and immovable assets of her husband. During the proceedings, Priya’s lawyer also claimed that Karisma’s kids had received 1900 crore from their father’s assets. Now the actor’s lawyer has dismissed all such claims. Read on.
Karisma Kapoor’s Laywer Remarks On Priya Sachdev’s Claims
Priya Sachdev’s advocate had claimed that Karisma Kapoor’s kids Kiaan and Samaira had already received 1900 crore and that they were not left behind from their father’s will. However, advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, representing Karisma Kapoor’s kids has dismissed these claims during his latest appearance on Republic TV. He also questioned how one could one justify the kids only getting 1900 in an estate that was reportedly worth 30,000 crore, with only 5 heirs to it. He further questioned Priya Sachdev for not disclosing the will. The advocate also called these claims ‘Rubbish’ and stated that the kids were not getting any favours from Priya Sachdev and that it was their right to get inheritance in the father’s estate.
The advocate also reiterated that Karisma Kapoor’s did not want anything from her ex-husband’s estate.

On the other other, Sunjay Kapur’s sister Mandhira has also accused Priya Sachdev of taking everything and that their mother was also not given a roof over her head. She further claimed that her mother was clueless about the trust and other important details, and they were still awaiting answers.
The court hearing will again take place on October 9, as per the news.
