Getting face surgeries, botox or lip fillers is a very common practice in showbiz. It’s also a matter of choice, but there is a lot of debate if it is the only way forward. Recently, the gorgeous and talented Kareena Kapoor Khan shared her thoughts on whether she would opt for Botox. However, the actress did not seem to be a big fan of the procedure and rather spoke about other ways in which she would want to maintain herself and age with time. Kareena Kapoor is a popular Indian actress known for her vast range of work in Hindi cinema. Recently, she attended an event in Mumbai which was the book launch event of nutritionist Rutuja Diwekar. Kareena Kapoor addressed the audience and spoke about the aspects of leading a healthy life, embracing her age and the popular skin treatments that are common in showbiz.
However, Kareena Kapoor did not seem to be a big fan of Botox or skin treatments, and the actor spoke about other ways in which she plans on getting healthier and fit. Kareena said that she would want to eat right, embrace her age and add little things to her everyday routine like eating get or khichdi. Kareena also added that she would do muscle training, regular walking and surya namaskars instead of going for any skin treatments or Botox.

The Buckingham Murders star also spoke at length about her love for food and that she does not shy away from eating everything that she loves whether it’s good or bad for her health.
